Coronavirus (COVID-19) Catch-up Premium

Children and young people across the country have experienced unprecedented disruption to their education as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19). Those from the most vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds will be among those hardest hit. The aggregate impact of lost time in education will be substantial, and the scale of our response must match the scale of the challenge.

Our Covid19 Response

From March 23rd 2020, Hague Bar Primary School provided all children with daily online access to their teachers and lessons.  School remained open to Key Worker children including during the Easter holidays. For older KS2 children, teachers provided 3 live online lessons daily.  In June we were open for apx 50% of our children and since September 2021, we have welcomed back all of our children.
