We will be continuing with our Under 5s forest school on Fridays at 11am until October half term. If you or someone you know would like to come along and join in the fun, you would be very welcome. The cost is £5 per child with babies in slings free. You don’t need to have a link to Hague Bar, so please spread the word to others in the surrounding area.

We are already planning for our new intake for September 2024. If you know of anyone looking for a school place, please invite them to join us one of our open events. These will take place on Monday 6 November 5:00pm - 6:00pm, Thursday 9 November 9.30am - 10.30am and Saturday 11 November 09:30am – 11:00am.

School places for 2024/25 are submitted via www.derbyshire.gov.uk/admissions. 

Derbyshire County Council have launched a new section on their free school meal page, that allows you to check if you are entitled to free school meals, this also includes all key stage one children. The scheme will save you over £470 on sch

In the new year we are going to have a supply of pre-loved uniform available in school. This will be for a small cash donation or a swap for outgrown items. If you are having a clear out over Christmas, we would be very grateful of some donations

Thank you for your donations from the Firework non-uniform day. The PTA are busy planning the different stalls and activities for a very festive evening. There will be a non- uniform day on Friday 25th November in return for a voluntary donation to the chocolate or bottle tombola.

As you know all of the children will be performing in the school show at New Mills Art Theatre on 13th December.

Tickets are now available each morning from the office. They are £3.00 per seat.

Why not make an evening of it and invite family and friends. The bar and kiosk will be open and raffle tickets sales will be in full flow....
